A native of Middle Tennessee and Williamson County, Chip brings a multifaceted approach to both the ownership and management of Kerr and Co. Realty. As an 18+ year veteran of the industry, Chip’s total personal career sales volume eclipses the $280 Million mark, tallying over 800 closed transactions, putting him in the top 20 agents in Middle Tennessee several times. Chip has held his broker’s license for over 15 years, serving in a managing broker capacity for more than seven. He is a Tennessee Real Estate Commission approved class Instructor, Past President of The Williamson County Association of Realtors and has extensive new construction experience and knowledge. Chip is a Brentwood High School and University of Tennessee Graduate. He and his wife, Kristi, reside in Brentwood with their sons, Chase and Tyler.
