Mark has been helping buyers and sellers of real estate in Middle Tennessee for more than 18 Years. He specializes in investor properties, 1031 exchanges, and land. Mark is a licensed contractor which enables him to help his clients look beyond the current condition of a property versus what it could become and how that affects market value.
Over the last 18 years, he has worked extensively with custom home builders and rejuvenation specialists to carve out a unique market knowledge niche for the clients that have been fortunate enough to work with him. Being a corporate transferee over five times, he has a keen awareness of the needs of the corporate transfer client as well. When not remodeling homes for clients and helping clients improve there return on investment, Mark volunteers in local little leagues as an umpire. The skills that he has honed in real estate help in the area of conflict resolution on the field.
